Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HSE team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Facilitate HSE trainings, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HSE experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
