Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and deliver HSE training programs including inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety courses.
Conduct ADNOC-required trainings such as H2S Awareness, Confined Space Work (CSW), Permit-to-Work (PTW), Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Life Saving Rules (LSR).
Provide defensive driving, work-at-height, confined space, and emergency response training as required.
Assess and evaluate worker competency through tests, observations, and practical assessments.
Maintain accurate training records, matrices, and certification logs.
Coordinate with HSE team and management to identify training needs and gaps.
Support incident investigations by identifying training-related deficiencies.
Ensure all training materials comply with ADNOC standards and project requirements.
Conduct refresher training sessions and awareness campaigns.
Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in HSE roles, including 3+ years as an HSE Trainer in Oil & Gas projects.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH (mandatory/preferred).
Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, PTW systems, and risk management processes.
Certified Train-the-Trainer / HSE Trainer certification (mandatory).
ADNOC-approved trainer certification (if applicable) preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
