We are looking for experienced Trainers to deliver Health, Safety & Environment training in multiple languages to support the HSE Policies and Planning Section for our Client and at Contractor Facilities based on a calendar. The outsourcing of Trainer / Trainers will be on man-day basis.
Expected Roles and Responsibilities of the Trainer:
Review and confirm Employees Competency against Client s HSE Competency Requirements in Client s, based on records submitted by the Contractors.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis for Contractors Employees in line with Client s HSE requirements and legal obligations and Develop appropriate mandatory HSE competency / training matrix.
Develop and update, as required, HSE Modules required to support Client s S2L Programme, which shall include interactive, multilingual, animated modules for different levels of competency categories (3 Levels Senior Management, Middle Management and Other Employees) in compliance with local / federal legal and other requirements, and adopt international best practices as appropriate. This should also include testing and examination mechanism for the different levels. The Modules should be in different languages (English, Arabic, Urdu / Hindi, Chinese as a minimum), to be agreed with Safety, Risk, Regulation and Planning Department in advance by the Supplier.
Develop a detailed S2L Training delivery plan, in coordination with Contractors Management Team and agree with Safety, Risk, Regulation and Planning Department.
Initiate Communication with Contractor s Management Team to plan required S2L Sessions and facilitate execution (confirm venue and other amenities).
Coordinate with Contractors Representatives to ensure attendance and participation of proposed Employees as per the schedule.
Execute S2L Sessions in batches, in respective Contractors premises, as per the plan.
Conduct tests / examination for the Training delivered for the Three different levels of S2L programme as mentioned above.
Support monitoring the execution of Client s S2L though data analysis, assessments and prepare reports for Senior Management with recommendations for improvement.
Provide technical advice to Senior Management to enhance the S2L Programme and support in preparing periodic reports to Top Management
