Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and design to implementation and final delivery, guaranteeing on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth through effective delegation and feedback.
  • Conduct thorough technical reviews and quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in engineering, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery; experience matters.
