Job Description:
• Monitor Time Management System on staff attendance
• Recruitment and selection of staff
• Handle work pass for foreign workers in compliance with statutory regulations
• Responsible for Payroll matters and ensure accuracy in payroll processing
• Prepare HR related letters
• Managed employee related issues
• Review and implement HR policies
• Handle the maintenance of factory premises and upkeeping of office equipments
• Monitor related expenses for office maintenance & recommend cost cutting measures
• Liase with vendors on dormitory issues
• In-charge of course registration for training requests and update training records
Requirements:
• Diploma or equivalent in HR discipline or Business related courses
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Able to communicate and interact with all level of staff
• Positive work attitude and display initiative in problem solving
• Team player
• Transport provided at designated stations
• Available for work within short notice
