Job Description:
Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for a smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources department by providing administrational support.
• Holds the role of HR Ambassador and first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Maintains world class internal communication through creative and up-to-date notice boards such as: colleagues birthdays, vacancy list, memos, latest guest comments.
• Organizes and collects HR stationeries.
• Represents the department in the colleague committee meeting
• Plans and coordinates sport events for the colleagues
• Maintains various tracking sheets including issuance of colleague ID cards
• Monitors time and attendance records for payroll
• Assists with the general day-to-day operation of the department
• Ensures the maintenance of a proper filing system
• Conducts regular inspection of colleague locker rooms and ensures
• Assists HR Executive in preparation for colleague resignation pack
• Completes the other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager/Director of other Senior Management.
Skills/Knowledge Required:
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential
• High computer literacy, especially with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication skills, highly sociable and self-confident
• High levels of energy, flexibility, and pro-activeness
• Creative and accurate in all work outputs with the ability to multi-task
Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Human Resources Management certificate
Previous experience in a similar role
