Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Support HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement. Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and UAE hospitality standards. Coordinate with department heads to address HR-related concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Master's degree in Human Resources, labor law or related field. 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry within GCC countries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Strong knowledge of employee relations and labor law compliance. Previous experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; any other language will be an advantage.
