Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & KEEP - Talent Acquisition.
Fully manage KEEP - Talent Acquisition system including:

Open requisitions on KEEP, as per hotel requirements and as approved by management.

Ensure applicants are acknowledged within 7 business days.

Ensure every applicant receives a response to their application.

Ensure applicant correspondence is handled in a timely and professional manner and interviews are set up on behalf of management and communicated with HODs.

Coordinate and follow-up with the Heads of Department on their candidate's management on KEEP.

Ensure that every applicant receives a final response to their application

Application handling.

Ensure that the hotel page on the recruitment website is up-to-date and well maintained.

Conduct new hire reference checks.
2. On-boarding:

Follow up on all recruitment related documents for signatures and approvals.

Follow up on Medical and other pre-employment prerequisites.

Follow up on visa issuance and joining tickets.

Update the Hiring Status Sheet.

Ensure Code of Conduct and Whistle-blower acknowledgement form is signed by all new joiners.
3. Admin & Maintenance:

Ensure the employee communication boards are up-to-date and attractive.

Ensure the employee locker rooms and cafeteria are looked after.

Assist with the preparation of employee gatherings and events (prepare BEO, arrange transportation, prepare presentations, recognition certificates etc.).

Issue employee certificates (i.e. salary certificates, salary transfer letter, employment certificates).

Assist with the preparation of the HR Scorecards by providing data related to recruitment.

Ensure employees are welcomed to the Human Resources office in a warm and friendly manner.
Additional objectives and responsibilities can be added at any time, depending on the need of the business and hotel.

Arabic - excellent oral and written skills.

Be familiar with labor laws and regulations.

Be familiar with local social insurance policies.

Administration skills.

Word and Excel.


Taleo system.

One (1) year in a similar HR position within a luxury brand or an international company.

High School Diploma.
