Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department managementMaintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activityRoute incoming mail, faxes, and packagesAnswer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requestsWrites correspondence on behalf of the departmentMakes copies, send/distributes outgoing mailUses email system to deliver and accept emailsGreet internal and external customers when entering the departmentAssist with a variety of requestsMaintains detailed filing system for departmentMaintain office supplies for departmentReport all unsafe conditions immediatelyAttend all mandatory meetingsFollow and know emergency procedures as neededKeep work area clean and organizedMaintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guessWhat are we looking for?A Human Resources Coordinator serving Hilton Brand hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
