Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with sports & social events (including monthly colleague activities, awareness programs, colleague outings, sports tournaments etc.)
• Maintain excellent internal communication through creative an d up-to-date notice boards
• Maintain various tracking sheets and preparation of monthly reports
• Maintain and follow up on the leavers, ensuring smooth off-boarding process for resigned colleagues
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee s termination and highlight and concerns to the HR Manager
• Prepare and issuing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees
• Play an essential role with regards to the successful management of the monthly payroll and month end reports
• Organize, maintain and update employee Payroll information as needed
• Maintain and update bank account details, WPS and cash lists and any other tracking sheet as and when required
• Monitor time and attendance in the system and highlight any abnormalities to the HRM
• Assist recruitment with induction, scheduling interview, regrets, referrals and phone or in-person interviews, and
participation in recruitment open days
• Prepare agenda for new joiners in the HR department, ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties and responsibilities
• Actively engage with employees from other departments on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
• Be involved and assist where needed with colleague disciplinary, investigations and grievances
• Understand and adhere to all local labor laws and regulations
• Update all communication channels as and when required 
• Responsible to ensure that all administrative processes are up to date and accurate
• Assist with the general day-to-day operation of the department
• Assist in other areas of the hotel as and when required, carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene as per the hotel s grooming standards at all times
• Maintain a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues in the department and all other departments
• Attend and contribute to meetings, department and hotel trainings and other scheduled activities.
• Comply with the hotel s Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury 5 star hotel
• English excellent oral and written skills
• Additional language beneficial
• Excellent organizational & administrative skills
• High level of adaptability 
• Flexible and initiative approach
• Very good understanding of payroll procedures
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
