Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR policies.
- Coordinate visas, renewals, and PRO-related work.
- Support performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and maintain positive work culture.
- Plan basic employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Manage exit formalities, final settlement, and handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 2–4 years HR experience .
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong recruitment, documentation, and HR operations knowledge.
- Familiar with UAE/Oman labour laws (preferred).
- Organized, confident, reliable, and able to work independently.
