The Human Resources Executive is responsible for assisting the HRD and other departmental managers in the day- to- day operations of the Human Resources office including clerical and record keeping duties. He/she is also responsible for responding internal and external inquiries regarding benefits, employment, policies and other HR-related issues. This position also supports F&B administratively.
- Participate in the preparation of the Human Resources Budget under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources
- Liaise with Recruitment Agents effectively and in coordination with the Corporate Office Recruitment Executive
- Maintain an up to date CV's Database for future facilitation of recruitment needs and assist in recruitment process and professional candidate correspondence
- Establish and maintain effective colleague relations
- Conduct Induction / Orientation program for all newly joined colleagues as per the hotel standards
- Receive associate complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
- Maintain an up to date computerized database of all associates and keep the payroll system accurate at all times
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly Human Resources Report
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in the preparation of periodic reports as required and ensure that all official reports are sent on time
- Coordinate with all Departments with regard to Human Resources related activities
- Assist the Associate Welfare Committee in planning, organizing and implementing associate sports, social and welfare activities
- Assist in maintaining personnel files for all associates in methodical and confidential manner and ensure files and other information are kept under strict confidentiality
- Perform related duties and special projects as required

Qualifications
Minimum Experience
- Ideally a minimum two year experience in same/similar role
- Qualification in human resources management or hotel management and extensive knowledge of and experience within an HR environment.
- Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all levels. Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
- Strong admin skills and follow ups
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies and procedures, including development and training of Team Members in these areas.
- Pre-Opening Hotel experienced.
