Human Resources Leader, Raytheon Saudi Arabia
Raytheon Saudi Arabia (RTN SA), a wholly owned foreign subsidiary of Raytheon Company, is searching for its first Human Resources (HR) Leader. RTN SA is a newly established company that will provide cyber, defense, and civil capabilities/solutions in Saudi Arabia. Directly reporting to the RTN SA Chief Executive and to Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) Vice President of HR, the Human Resources Leader will provide strategic and tactical Human Resources leadership for the organization. This individual must understand and influence business strategies and objectives while applying sound Human Resources solutions that help drive the growth of the business. A successful candidate will align innovative solutions, ideas, skills and talent to meet current business requirements as well as proactively prepare for the future needs of the company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Partner with the Chief Executive (CE) ,Chief Operating Officer (COO) and RTN SA Leadership Team in developing business strategy and plans, especially as they relate to commercial and government partnerships in the Kingdom
• Further build, implement, and mature the Human Resources infrastructure to include comprehensive policies, procedures, practices, systems, vendors, etc.
• Lead localization efforts in support of Saudi Arabia s Vision 2030
• Onboard and provide coaching to critical mid and executive level talent
• Implement, develop and lead a Human Resources team to address the breadth of HR responsibilities: talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance assessment, talent development, etc.
• Lead change management and organizational effectiveness efforts as RTN SA becomes further established in Kingdom
• Provide guidance and support the Company s efforts to integrate existing Saudi businesses
• Represent RTN SA, as requested, in various external and internal forums
• Ensure the business maintains a robust talent pipeline that supports the plans that drive business development, performance and growth
• Integrate talent management strategies and business processes across the organization
• Develop collaborative relationships with leaders and functional partners in the Kingdom, U.S., and around the globe
• Apply strategic thought and excellent analytical problem solving skills in creating a vision and strategy for the RTN SA organization
• Collaborate and consult effectively and independently with individuals at various levels within the organization, including the executive level
Required Experience & Skills:
• 14 years of relevant Human Resources experience with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience
• Bachelor's in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
• Native fluency in spoken and written Arabic
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian employment, labor and compliance requirements
• Human Resources experience across disciplines (compensation, benefits, recruitment, and employment law, performance management, organizational effectiveness and change leadership)
• Strong business acumen and broad business perspective
• Ability to work across different locations and business environments in a large, complex international organization
• Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must be willing and able to travel domestically and abroad
• Ability to obtain local clearance
Desired Experience & Skills:
• Ability to create an environment where people are valued and respected
• Master s Degree preferred
• Experience working in a global company (preferably US based)
