Job Description

As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring the efficient functioning of the organization by overseeing various HR functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with different departments, playing a pivotal role in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance. You will serve as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive and productive working environment. Joining our team will provide the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning for talent acquisition, drive organizational initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. We are seeking a dedicated HR professional who is passionate about supporting people and enhancing workplace culture.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee-related issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Oversee and support the performance management process and annual reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Organize employee training sessions and work to enhance development programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and develop succession plans.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and policies.
  • Actively participate in the development of HR policies and procedures to streamline HR operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or other HR positions with relevant responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with staff and management.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees across all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Excel.
