Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, this individual will not only look after the Human Resource function but is also an active member of the Fairmont HR team ensuring completion of daily tasks in a friendly yet professional atmosphere.
The Human Resources Supervisor must also be well versed in Labor Law, and Labor Office Relations, Employee Relations, Saudi Nationals Recruitment, and familiar with Human Resource Information Systems mainly Policies & Procedures.

GOSI: immediate Updates and Discrepancies clarification
Be the coordinator with Government relation colleagues with the Labor Office with regards to employee issues, grievances, and related negotiations
Model and communicate the company's mission, vision and values
Participate actively as a member of the HR team and work closely with all of them in achieving the hotel's goals and objectives
Develop and coordinate Human Resources programs within the hotel in accordance with strategic plans as instructed by the DHR
Identifying pending Tasks and reasons and share them with DHR
Maintain high levels of colleague satisfaction and team spirit,
Oversee Saudi recruitment in general and up to level 3 in specific by well m anaging, developing and retaining All Colleagues Specially Saudis
Follow up on the recruitment and termination process, and staff movement in general up to level3
Be an advocate where applicable of employee issues with departmental managers in full coordination with the DHR (up to level 3)
Promote positive Colleague relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect and Fun
Control the employee file on the HR system for completeness and accuracy with HITS experts.
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Ability to update the electronic sign for the attendance sheet (NASWEB) and monthly closure process.
Ability to record all colleague's attendance, information, transfers, resignations, and terminations in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Ability to complete hiring, change of status, resignation, and termination action forms for all employees as required.
Ability to review all type of vacations Leaves on HR system (HITS), and doing the manual process for vacation leaves on the Time off Request Form As HR Supervisor, should have minimum 2 years experiences as HR Coordinator or one year experience in same filed , ability to handle multi tasks, work under pressure, high communication skills, good acknowledge about Saudi Arabia Labor Law, acknowledge about HITS system & TAS.
