Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install ductwork systems according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring precise measurements and alignment for optimal airflow.
- Perform on-site ductwork assembly and modifications, adapting to unique building layouts and overcoming installation challenges.
- Seal ductwork connections and joints meticulously, preventing air leaks and maximizing system efficiency.
- Inspect ductwork installations for compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, ensuring a safe and reliable system.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating a basic educational foundation.
- Possession of a relevant trade certificate or apprenticeship in HVAC ductwork installation is highly preferred, showcasing formal training.
- Relevant industry experience of 2+ years is essential, providing hands-on practical experience in the field.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to ductwork installation is required, ensuring compliance.
