Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Mechanical services (eg. HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) shop/detail drawings and as-built drawings.
  • Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical &interior design.
  • Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
  • Preparation of Schematic diagram and isometric layouts.
  • Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards.
  • Preparation of duct sizing from airflow data.
  • Developing the Plan room layout and sectional detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic knowledge of different Mechanical equipment in terms of function.
  • Drafting: min 4 years (Required)
  • AutoCAD: min 4 years (Required)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
