Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HVAC Duct, system installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications, blueprints, and safety regulations for optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and specialized equipment, to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing technical guidance, performance evaluations, and training to enhance their skills and promote professional development.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs related to HVAC projects, ensuring projects are completed within allocated financial parameters.
Ability to interpret the drawings and work accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Demonstrates a minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HVAC system maintenance, installation, and supervision within commercial or industrial settings.
Exhibits strong knowledge of HVAC system.
UAE Driving license is advantageous
Previous UAE experience preferred.
