Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations to identify issues and implement preventive measures for optimal system efficiency.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets for HVAC projects, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred for foundational knowledge.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position to ensure leadership capabilities.
Relevant certifications such as EPA 608, NATE, or HVAC Excellence to validate technical expertise and compliance knowledge.
Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, with strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem-solving.
