As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in a variety of settings, ensuring optimal functioning and efficiency. • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, implementing effective repair solutions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of heating and cooling systems.
• Install new HVAC systems, components, and related equipment according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal HVAC regulations and safety standards.
• Perform scheduled inspections to identify and address potential HVAC problems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical information clearly.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Provide cost estimates and timelines for HVAC repair or installation projects.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology, techniques, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with team members and other professionals on complex HVAC projects.
• Ensure all work is completed with a focus on energy efficiency and savings.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues expediently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is preferred.
• Certification or license in HVAC systems required; EPA certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and safety standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse client needs.
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and lift heavy equipment.
