HVAC Technician AJ REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT

❖ Conduct daily, high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems. ❖ Respond to contingencies and equipment malfunctions to restore system operations efficiently. ❖ Troubleshoot and repair systems including FCU, AHU, FAHU, SAC, WAC, Extract Fans, Package Units, Pumps, Motors, VAVs, and water leak detection systems. ❖ Perform routine inspections of HVAC and MEP facilities to identify potential failures and ensure continuous functionality. ❖ Update and maintain all technical logs, maintenance records, and system databases accurately. ❖ Request required tools, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth and uninterrupted maintenance operations. ❖ Attend emergency call-outs (24/7 availability required) to address urgent maintenance issues promptly. ❖ Perform maintenance and repairs of Split AC, Package AC, Window AC, CRAH, and CRAC units. ❖ Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support overall team efficiency.
