Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of Split AC, Window AC, Package Units, VRF/VRV systems, AHU, FCU, and Chillers
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Perform preventive maintenance (PPM) as per schedule
Refrigerant charging, leak detection, and compressor replacement
Duct installation, duct cleaning, and coil cleaning
Thermostat wiring and control panel troubleshooting
Respond to emergency breakdowns efficiently
Ensure compliance with UAE safety standards and company policies
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an AC Technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and fault diagnosis
Experience in facilities management or maintenance companies preferred
Ability to read HVAC drawings and technical manuals
Good communication skills
UAE Driving License (preferred)
