• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and recommend effective corrective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations during all tasks.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to HVAC service and maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated with current HVAC technology advancements and industry trends.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to achieve service excellence.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests regarding HVAC systems.
• Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functionality and performance post-installation or maintenance.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and apprentices as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in HVAC is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and industry best practices.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Exceptional communication skills to provide clear explanations to clients and colleagues.
