We are seeking the HVAC Technician (Low Side) is responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems including Package Units, Split Units, Window AC units, and Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), Dehumidification system Air purifier etc. The technician must ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Installation

1. Installation of indoor and outdoor AC units

2. Copper piping, brazing, and pressure testing

3. Drain piping and insulation works

4. Thermostat installation and wiring

5. Duct connection and airflow setup

6. System vacuuming and gas charging

7. Testing & commissioning.

   
   

Preventive Maintenance

1. Cleaning evaporator and condenser coils

2. Filter inspection and replacement

3. Blower and fan motor inspection

4. Belt alignment and tension checking (FAHU/Package Units)

5. Checking refrigerant pressure and temperature

6. Electrical inspection (contactor, capacitor, overload, relays)

7. Checking airflow and temperature drop

Troubleshooting & Repair

1. Diagnosing low cooling issues

2. Identifying refrigerant leakage

3. Rectifying high pressure / low pressure trips

4. Compressor troubleshooting

5. PCB and thermostat fault finding

6. Drain line blockage clearing

7. Electrical fault rectification

Testing & Commissioning

1. Nitrogen pressure testing

2. Deep vacuum (below 500 microns preferred)

3. Refrigerant charging by weight or superheat method

4. Ampere checking and load verification

5. Temperature differential measurement

6. System performance reporting
