Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
The HVAC (Utilities) Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining all HVAC and utilities equipment to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform maintenance and operation of:

    • AHUs in technical areas

    • Chillers, cooling towers, refrigerators, DX units, and AC units

    • Boilers

  • Add chemical materials for water treatment in chillers and cooling towers

  • Participate in HVAC qualification processes

  • Record AHU data and complete required GxP documentation

Working Conditions:

  • Working days: 5 days per week

  • Shifts: 2 shifts (Day & Night), rotation required

  • Maximum working hours per day: 11 hours

  • Maximum overtime per month: 80 hours

  • May be required to work weekends and public holidays based on business needs (overtime will apply)
