Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls, diagnosing and repairing hydraulic hose failures at customer sites to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Fabricate custom hydraulic hose assemblies on-site using specialized equipment, ensuring precise fittings and lengths for optimal performance.
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of hoses, fittings, and related components within the service van to ensure immediate availability.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on hydraulic systems, identifying potential issues before they lead to critical failures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a High School or equivalent; vocational training in hydraulics or mechanics is highly advantageous.

  • Hold relevant certifications (e.g., CFPA, Parker Hannifin training) demonstrating expertise in hydraulic systems is an advantage.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic hose repair and assembly, preferably in a mobile service capacity.

  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in identifying hydraulic components, diagnosing leaks, and performing repairs.
