Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Job involves planning, execution, control and supervision of all activities like cleaning, gauging, hydrotest, dewatering, swabbing, drying, leak testing, etc.
Functions and Responsibilities:
Arranging the team and controlling the assigned manpower.
Assisting in preparations of test procedures and drawings as per project requirement.
Assisting in preparations of Pigs, Equipment, and Instruments & Materials as per the project requirement.
Assisting in preparations of Design and fabrication of Pigging Heads, Test Heads and Test Manifolds, etc.
Assisting in preparations of Selection of Test Limit and water resources identification also safe disposal of Hydro-tested water.
Planning, Execution, Controlling of Pre-testing and Mainline Testing of pipeline section with available manpower and resources within the stipulated time as per the project specification.
Preparing and submitting hydro-test reports to the client.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be 25 to 40 yrs. of age.
Minimum experience of 5 yrs.
Must speak and understand English
Must be a Mechanical Engineering Graduate
Monthly salary starting from 3,000 – 5,000 AED depending on his experience.
