• Coordinate and follow-up on actions on various IB initiatives focusing on presales transformation and enablement
• Initiate, manage and run specific projects
• Closely monitor and follow-up on actions related to on-going presales projects and initiatives
• Make suggestions and recommendations on streamlining key presales activities, process as well as the content
• Run various recurring and ad-hoc analyses on the relevant topics, gather metrics and perform analysis
• Manage communication activities towards various stakeholders
• Manage and maintain communication activities such as recurring Presales Leadership calls, presales webinars, Plazza group(s)/ space for IB presales and other
• Contribute to and drive digital-inside initiatives and transformation projects in general for presales
• Support the development of the IB presales documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

about you
• Minimum 8 years of experience working in a global setting, preferably within the Telecoms sector with minimum 3 years management of projects and (virtual) teams
• Excellent understanding of and/ or experience with the work within the (pre)sales environment
• Digitally savvy with a proven track-record of utilizing latest technologies and new ways of working in a work environment
• Excellent analytical skills, attention for details
• Fast thinker & good decision maker
• Must be able to work with virtual teams
• Must be able to initiate and drive initiatives independently
• Adapting quickly to changes, eager to learn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced MS office skills
• Minimum BSc degree in Telecommunications and/ or MBA or equivalent
• Able to manage complex/ difficult situation
• Language: English

The IB Presales programs & processes manager is responsible for leading and managing of the international presales programs and coordination of various activities & transformation initiatives supporting the above mentioned objectives in line with our SMART strategy.
