Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll do:
- Execute the annual audits by using engineering skillset and perform technical review and validation.
- Provide LV technical engineering application systems guidance
- Panel builder visits, to check quality, assembling standards, user documentation and tools.
- Ensure technical compliance requirements for panel design verification and routine testing.
- Develop and standardize engineering documentation, technical guidance, and best practices.
- Organize and track adaptations and technical engineering improvements, if necessary
- Train and guide our partners on Standard and Quality process
- Go on site, evaluate and invest in root cause analyze, carry out a replacement scenario with all involved parties.
- Support manufacturing drawings implementation for external partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical engineering
- 5 Years in product line or technical assembly experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of IEC LV assembly products and applications
- Able to build collaborative relationships with different stakeholders within and outside Eaton
- Fluent speaking and writing in English
- Intercultural awareness
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, accepts ownership for results, takes initiative
Desired Candidate Profile
