Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging IELTS preparation classes, focusing on all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, to elevate candidate's proficiency.
- Deliver personalized feedback and constructive criticism on student assignments and speaking performances, guiding them towards targeted improvement.
- Develop and curate comprehensive lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests aligned with the IELTS exam format, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Assess student performance regularly through mock tests and assignments, providing insightful progress reports and identifying areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English language to international students, showcasing practical expertise.
- Certified with a TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA certification, evidencing a commitment to professional language instruction.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and common challenges faced by candidates.
