Job Description & Summary
The PwC Clients & Markets function is a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team of specialists who support the practice staff across Business Development & key account management, PR, Communications and Marketing. The primary purpose is to build better relationships with clients and targets and protect the brand and support our teams. The firm has enjoyed rapid growth over recent years particularly in UAE & Saudi Arabia and is looking to invest in highly skilled staff to support these teams in the market. Creating a strong Clients & Markets team is a n ongoing priority- reflecting the need to recruit more high calibre people.
We are seeking to recruit a confident, dynamic individual with experience in the regional oil & gas and power market who will be responsible for driving a portfolio of priority energy focussed accounts across the region. This means working with the lead partners on our highest profile accounts to build effective relationships and business with our clients.

Work directly with the Clients & Markets Director in Dubai , and the other members of the team based across the ME region to provide Business Development support to our most important clients including government organisations and large corporates

Focusing on operationalising best in class account management you will draw together a strategic account plan, identify and build high value opportunities, help deliver account planning workshops and work with cross-service teams to collaborate on pipeline opportunities and harness firm-wide propositions.

Collaborating with colleagues across different competences within PwC to bring our clients high value solutions.

Develop industry marketing and social media strategy including use of Salesforce

Attending and/or chair relevant internal business development meetings and drive subsequent actions.

Work closely with colleagues to share experience and best practices and encourage innovative and market leading activities

Developing yourself personally, taking a keen interest in trends in business development/marketing and the impact on our clients so you can help shape their thinking and our success in the market.

The ideal candidate will ideally have a solid energy background or professional services background in the energy sector.

Understanding or familiarity of the Energy sector

Excellent organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise workload whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Experience of account management in a large corporate environment.

Strong influencing and communications skills.

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.

The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East as required.
