Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the English department
- Plan and review curriculum and schemes of work
- Ensure effective teaching, learning, and assessment
- Monitor student progress and attainment
- Support, mentor, and appraise English teachers
- Ensure alignment with school policies and inspection standards
- Promote literacy and reading culture across the school
- Manage departmental resources and budgets
- Lead departmental meetings and CPD activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in English
Bachelor of Education/ PGDE or relevent degree in Education
3-5 years experience in UAE in IGCSE Olevel / Alevel is Mandatory
