Roles & Responsibilities

The School Principal will provide strategic leadership, ensuring compliance with UAE education regulations while driving academic excellence, staff development, and student achievement. The role also involves fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school environment aligned with the school’s vision and national standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

>Masters in Education or Bachelor's+PGCE/PGDE

>Minimum 5 years in SLT role

>Valid TLS for Leadership

>Excellent knowledge of the current MOE/KHDA/SPEA regulations.

>Excellent leaderhip, communication and organizational skills
