Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the implementation and support of software applications and IT hardware systems.
Functional Role:
- Act as First and Second Level Support for software and hardware issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications.
- Provide technical support for IT hardware devices and maintain knowledge of hardware infrastructure.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on both hardware and software components.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Databases (MS SQL) and Database Structures.
- Possess good understanding of Microsoft Products and Cloud Systems, including:
IIS Services
.NET Framework
Windows Servers
Azure - Support system integrations with third-party applications such as ERP, CRM, and SCM systems.
- Development/programming skills are considered an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a solid technical foundation.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in a technical implementation role, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft environments, databases, and integration technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for effective solution development and customization.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and devise effective solutions promptly.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
