Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To Process incoming purchase orders
  • Track current shipments and follow up with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Review and address any discrepancies in Letters of Credit
  • records of all current and upcoming shipments
  • Communicate with the product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed in accordance with their specifications and timelines.
  • maintain relationships with shipping companies, addressing service issues
  • Follow up with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in commerce or international trade or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years in a similar position in the same Industry

Knowledge of shipping procedures

Knowledge of LC procedures
