AMS is looking for a front desk receptionist / office administrator for our prestigious client in Dubai.
Pre requisites
Female candidates only
Education - Bachelors degree
Year of experience- minimum 2 years of recent experience in back-office/Administrative tasks
Good English communication skills
Team Management skills
Role
Assist with travel arrangements, access card activation's, office space management, Ground transportation
Supervision of office boy s and pantry supplies
Managing Security tasks
Floor maintenance
Office supplies
Invoicing and expenditure tracking
Po generation
Vendor/supplier liaison and payment follow up
Benefit
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 7,000.00 /month
