Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and troubleshoot technical issues for customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and schedule on-site technical support visits, optimizing technician routes and ensuring timely service delivery within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide advanced technical support, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting complex hardware and software problems, escalating issues as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field to establish a strong technical foundation.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, validating technical expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, showcasing a proven track record of handling technical issues.
  • Has experience in the IT or technology industry, reflecting experience with a variety of hardware, software, and networking systems.
