Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Promote and sell roasted coffee beans, ground coffee, brewing equipment, and related products.

2. Explain product features, roasting profiles, origins, and brewing methods to customers.

3. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and sales transactions accurately.

4. Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee roastery, café, coffee retail outlet, or similar environment.

2. Good understanding of coffee products, roasting processes, and brewing methods.

3. Strong sales and customer service skills.
