Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles or products based on their preferences and requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits to drive customer interest and satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
- Handle customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to closing the sale and completing necessary paperwork.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets within the assigned period.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, ensuring all displays are presentable and up to date.
- Collect and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement in products and services.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a retail or automotive environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
