Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues within indoor environments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
  • Install, configure, and maintain a variety of indoor equipment, including lighting, power distribution, and data cabling.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, providing efficient and effective solutions to resolve technical problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical diploma or certification is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as HVAC, electrical, or building maintenance certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in indoor equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and troubleshooting.
