Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with Capgemini's global vision and client priorities.
- Architect and oversee the design, training, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models across multiple domains (Industrial AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics).
- Work with cross-functional engineering, data, and product teams to embed AI into digital engineering solutions, platforms, and services.
- Lead a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers; mentor talent and foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and delivery excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and research advancements to shape Capgemini's offerings and thought leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in data science / AI / machine learning, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI solutions at scale (industrial, enterprise, or consumer).
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML techniques (deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, anomaly detection, time-series forecasting).
- Experience with leading AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders and C-level executives in a consultative, value-focused manner.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing technical teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MSc/PhD) a plus.
