Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial electrical systems

  2. Strong knowledge of motors, PLC systems, MCC panels, and control circuits

  3. Experience in handling breakdowns and emergency repairs efficiently

  4. Good understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

  5. Knowledge of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures and industrial safety standards

  6. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

  7. Basic understanding of plant operations and production support

  8. Good communication skills in English

  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment under supervision or independently

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment

  • Carry out preventive maintenance of motors, MCC panels, PLC systems, and plant machinery

  • Attend and resolve electrical breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime

  • Diagnose faults in electrical circuits, control panels, and industrial equipment

  • Ensure all maintenance activities follow LOTO procedures and safety regulations

  • Maintain proper records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and repairs

  • Support production team for smooth and continuous plant operations

  • Assist in improvement and modification of electrical systems when required

  • Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly

  • Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance team for daily work planning
