Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for employees to identify potential workplace hazards and health risks.
- Implement and manage wellness programs that promote employee well-being and prevent occupational injuries.
- Provide first aid and emergency response services in case of workplace accidents, ensuring prompt and efficient care.
- Collaborate with management to develop health and safety policies that comply with industry regulations and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practices.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial or occupational health setting, providing valuable insights into workplace health dynamics.
