Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to brand goals and target audiences, leveraging data insights for optimal performance.

  • Collaborate with influencers and manage campaigns from inception to completion.

  • Identify, research, and engage with influencers across various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.

  • Negotiate contracts and establish partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear deliverables.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future influencer collaborations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in marketing principles.
  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing, showcasing a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools, enabling effective campaign measurement.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and partnership management, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
