Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance teams and operations in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure systems, facilities management, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and data analysis tools is preferred.
