Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced INFRASTRUCTURE MEP BIM Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, plumbing and INFRASTRUCTURE works , a proven track record of working with Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and reports using BIM software.

· Provide shop drawings with Level of Development (LOD) 400 in BIM.

· Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the efficiency and safety of mechanical systems.

· Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

· Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices in mechanical engineering and BIM.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

· Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on BIM.

· Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design and analysis principles.

· Experience in providing shop drawings with LOD 400 in BIM.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
