News and information are available at www.atkinsrealis.com or follow us on LinkedIn.Learn more about our career opportunities at: https://careers.atkinsrealis.comResponsibilitiesConduct thorough inspections of civil projects to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulatory requirements.Review plans, drawings, and blueprints to identify potential issues or discrepancies.Monitor construction progress and quality of workmanship, identifying any deviations from approved plans or specifications.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during construction.Document inspection findings, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation.Provide guidance and support to construction teams regarding best practices, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.Conduct site visits and inspections at various stages of construction, ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate project updates, recommendations, and resolutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field.8+ year os proven experience working as a Civil Inspector or similar role in the construction industry for Villa projects.In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to civil architecture.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively withmultidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in using inspection tools, equipment, and software applications.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexibility to travel to project sites and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.Why choose AtkinsR alis?Tax-free salary.Comprehensive life insurance coverage.Premium medical insurance coverage for you and your dependents.Generous annual leave balance
