- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in conducting inspections and evaluations of mechanical components and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies and issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical inspection are a plus.
