Safe & Inclusive Learning Environment

• Teachers are expected to create a classroom atmosphere online or in person that is welcoming, supportive, and free from discrimination. All interactions must reflect safeguarding best practices.

Cultural Awareness & Compliance

• All instruction must respect UAE cultural values and adhere to relevant educational policies, including privacy, data protection, and safeguarding requirements.

Academic Integrity

• Teachers should promote honesty in student work and ensure that all materials used in lessons are accurate, ethical, and properly sourced.

Student Engagement

• Instructors are encouraged to use a range of teaching methods, including interactive activities and continuous feedback, to keep students motivated and involved in their learning.
