Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review drainage pumping station and treatment facilities Designs including associated infrastructure with other disciplines to ensure the timely realization of competitive, achievable, and serviceable solutions.

  • Generate PI&Ds, Cable routing, I/O Schedules and Instrument Hook up drawings
  • Review, comment / recommend acceptance or otherwise of related consultants' submissions
  • Participate in the meetings and workshops including HAZOP and CHAZOP
  • Liaise with utilities providers and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and participate in formal and informal design reviews and the development of engineering changes
  • Performance of actual design duties when directed.
  • Performance of other related duties as per management instructions
  • Provide regular status reporting to applicable management and departments to enable them to take required actions

Desired Candidate Profile

BSc/BEng or equivalent degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university.

  • 5 years of demonstrable experience in design & construction of infrastructure Projects with satisfactory exposure to all related disciplines.
  • Excellent in written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of written and/or spoken Arabic would be advantageous.
